voice/singing:, I can teach all styles, however my background and training is in classical music. Specialist areas include English art song, Italian aria and German lied, in which I concentrate on breathing, tone production, clarity text (including vowel production) and bel canto singing., , piano:, I currently teach beginners to intermediate level pianists. I am happy to teach children and adults who are just starting out, as well as more experienced pianist that are serious about learning., , organ:, I am happy to teach pedalling, stop selection, playing techniques, hymn playing and ABRSM grades., , all instruments:, I am happy to teach any of the recognised examination boards or alternatively should you prefer for your own personal enjoyment., , composition:, I am able to prepare students for GCSE and/or A Level examinations with advice and assistance in composition., , I aim to make my lessons fun, but at the same time challenging and can assure you that you will always leave feeling fulfilled. |
