Over the years she has worked with singers, actors, dancers and TV presenters who have appeared on BBC, ITV, Channel 5 and E4. In 2007, her views on the performances of X-Factor contestants were broadcast by Capital FM. Her understanding and encouraging approach has also helped many people who are completely new to singing to find their voice and confidence and she teaches Music to the younger generation at Eaton Square School in Belgravia. Susie still finds time to record voice-overs and to perform with her band The Electric. She uses her knowledge of the business to enhance her teaching, along with techniques such as Speech Level Singing, (used by many major artists) Estil Method and also Alexander Technique for breathing and posture. As a member of the British Voice Association she is passionate about the science of the voice and wrote a thesis on the diagnosis and correction of vocal faults. , With her classical training and her experience as a songwriter, Susie has been able to help many of her clients develop their own original material, advising them on style, form, harmony and instrumentation. Susie has also worked extensively with presenters and provides coaching for TV engagements and public speaking. This can be as an hour-long presenting lesson, or included as part of a singing lesson. , Weekday evenings and some daytime slots available. Commitment to a regular day and time is not required. Consultation lessons are available. Small gift packages of lessons or one-off gift lessons are also available.
