I have recently joined your site and created a musicteachers.co.uk email address for myself. How do I access email sent to this address?

I have tried to contact a teacher on your database but their phone number is invalid. Can you help?

Of course! Send us a quick email from our contact form and we’ll email them to you as soon as possible.

Please can you amend/delete my account details for me?

We get many requests to change members’ account details, which creates a large amount of extra admin for us. To help us reduce this, please log in at www.musicteachers.co.uk/account with your username and password to amend or delete your account accordingly. If you have lost your username or password please contact us to request them. N.B. Please make sure when amending your account that we have a current email address registered. When logged in, click on ‘email addresses’ if you need to update yours. Accounts with invalid email addresses will eventually be automatically deleted from our database as we need to be able to contact our members by email.

Your musicteachers.co.uk email address is merely a forwarding address and any emails sent to it will automatically be forwarded to the email address registered on your membership account. There is, therefore, no special inbox for this email.

I have tried to contact a teacher on your database but their phone number is invalid. Can you help?

We have various systems in place to try to keep the information on our database as up to date as possible. Unfortunately there will always be occasions when teachers change their contact details but do not update their account. If you come across such teachers, please email us their name, instrument taught and area you searched in. We can not enter into correspondence with teachers on your behalf, but we will forward your email to them, with a request to update their account. If it transpires that their email address is also not up to date, we will delete their account from our database.
