Flute I teach all styles and genres of music from classical through to contemporary and jazz. I am a firm believer that there is a musical style out there for everybody and I try to make sure that all my students find that style which they love., , I can teach to an exam syllabus usually ABRSM but can do other exam boards if required, but I am also happy to give lessons to those who just want to play for their own enjoyment without feeling they need to take exams., , I teach both primary and secondary school age and above from complete beginners with no musical background through to intermediate players. I am able to travel to you, but you are also able to have lessons in my own home., , I began playing the flute at the age of 12 and continued this through to University level just completing a BA in music from Brunel University. I hope to return to university to complete a MA in music therapy at a later stage. I started playing classical styles but in University began experimenting with contemporary, jazz and improvisation which I have thoroughly enjoyed.
