I play both folk/traditional, classical music, and world music. I teach using a variety of techniques which seek to install a sense of rhythm and musicality in the pupil, not just straight theory/grades based. I am very interested in new approaches to music teaching which utilise different techniques and ideas, and am taking ABRSM courses in teaching methods to ensure my skills are as up to date as they can possibly be., , I am also a member of the European String Teacher's Association.
Piano I am a female and a university student, I prefer to have interactions with my students and try my best to teach so that students will enjoy music hence having an initiative themselves., I enjoy making music and use my music skills to help others, such as doing accompaniments.
