Katie Morgan BMus(Hons), LRSM, is a charismatic and dedicated, professional flute teacher; who teaches students from beginner to diploma level.
As a performer, Kate has performed at many major concert venues, and has given solo recitals both in the UK and abroad.
Kate studied flute at the world-renown Guildhall School of Music, in London, and has studied with world famous flautists. The knowledge and experience that Kate has learned from these top musicians, in addition to "tricks of the trade" that Katie has learned from her own high-profile performing career, is now passed on to each and every one of Kate’s students to allow their talent to grow to the fullest.
As a teacher, Kate cares for the individual musical needs and requirements of each and every of her students, whether they are learning with the intent of becoming a professional musician, or whether they are just learning the flute purely for fun! Kate adapts to each student’s needs accordingly and is experienced in teaching both children and adults. Katie holds a clear CRB certificate, for additional peace of mind.
Lessons in Music Theory are also available for all the ABRSM grades and diplomas.
