About me:
Jo Hampson-Gilbert began her musical studies at the age of six, and won a full scholarship to study at Trinity College of Music, London where she achieved the BMus (hons) degree.
Jo is the manager of Arcosanti Music, and regularly performs at functions, weddings, coorporate events, on cruise ships, as well as undertaking recording work for various Record Labels. A flexible musician, Jo performs with many orchestras and ensembles as well as playing the violin in various folk groups.
Jo is active in the promotion of musicians and is the driving force behind the Arcosanti Quartet and Duo. Arcosanti have a large client base and recent bookings have included The Savoy Hotel, Kensington Olympia, Selfridges, The Royal Thames Yacht Club, Highclere Castle, The Millennium Dome,The Royal Crescent Hotel, The Tithe Barn, Richmond Gate Hotel, The Old Royal Naval College Greenwich, Oakley Hall, The Four Season’s Hotel Baker St, Highfield Park, Pembroke Lodge Richmond.
Jo has years of teaching experience with all ages and abilities and is Head of music at a local independent Prep school.
