Friendly and enthusiastic teacher, with 10 years' experience in working with pupils of all abilities and ages, from 5 year-olds upwards. Adult learners welcome - you're never too old.
I regularly appear throughout East Anglia as a performer and accompanist, and have experience working as a musical director for a musical theatre company, and as an adjudicator at festivals. I have a Masters' degree from the Royal Northern College of Music, and a teaching diploma from Queens' College, University of Cambridge.
Piano lessons involve a wide range of music, depending on the taste, ability and age of the pupil. Thorough grounding in reading music is given.
In singing lessons, I cover a wide range of styles, and give professional advice on posture, breathing, voice projection and production, intonation, diction, stage presence, and confidence.
Twice a year, I organise concerts for pupils to perform in, which are in aid of charity and have raised over £1000 in the past 3 years.
