Jayne was a student of Neil Howlett (M.A.Cantab. & Teacher of Amanda Echalaz " The Leading Tosca of her generation " )and Honor Sheppard (FRNCM)Soprano of the famous Deller Consort.
A big speciality is in the training of young voices( I'm committed to giving the future stars of tomorrow a good strong vocal foundation by training them properly from a young age).
I also specialise in big voices such as Spinto/ Dramatic Sopranos incl Mezzo's & Contraltos.
I base my technique on
historical teaching methods from the 18C/19 Century vocal practices based on the old Italian school.
I can help create world class international singers based on traditional methods.
Remember the student does the work ie. PRACTICE!!!
