I made my first television performance on the guitar at the age of 12 on BBC 1 Nationwide, and completed grade 8 within 3 years of studying. I have also played with Swan and Flanders, performed private concerts for the late Lord Litchfield, played alongside Bruce Welsh from the Shadows as well as Joe Brown and the Brothers.I performed as a professional musician and solo guitarist with the Royal Viking Line Cruise ships from 1991 - 1996.

In 1996 I founded SCAMPS
www.scampsmusic.com
which operates throughout the South of England. They have now taught over 200000 children in LEA schools. Scamps Music were invited by SKY NEWS entertainment to feature our service and actively campaign to keep music live in schools.

Working with the International Guitar Foundation I was the Judge for UK Guitar Orchestra Competition in 2003 held at Conway Hall London on the famous day that England won the world rugby cup.

I have also written and published the "Junior Music Trainer books which is a fully QCF accredited series for Guitar, Drums and Keyboard, and also the corporate representitive for the School Music Assosoation of Great Britain.

Scamps Music is now licnesed to over 50 professional teachers for your every need available for lessons thoughout London and the Southern Counties.

I now spend all my time at the Rock and Pop Foundation where I have launched a fully inclusive Rock Band programme for children aged 7 upwards which leads to level 1 qualifications with our education partner Rockschool.
