I am a London based Singing Teacher with a busy, thriving teaching practice.I have now opened a further studio in Northern Ireland. My method of working is that I very strongly recommend the way to learn to Sing is to work on building a very strong Singing Technique. This will allow your voice to increase in range, power and agility.
This is based on my foundation of 8 years Training, comprising of 4 years Singing Training with Arnold Rose author of the well known book "The Singer and the Voice", followed by 2 years Post Graduate studies at the Royal Academy of Music and further Counselling and Psychotherapy training to gain my Dip. Couns.
I have been teaching, coaching and counselling all types of singers, from nervous beginners to singers already performing professionally in musicals, operas and with recording contracts.
I work in a very safe, encouraging, friendly and supportive way in order to enable each singer to find their true voice, range and confidence, helping people prepare for auditions, music college entrances and performances no matter how big or small.
Most of all my method is FUN! |
