I am a recent graduate of Cardiff University- where I lead the Symphony Orchestra and played an active part in musical life. I teach at the CAVMs (Cardiff and Vale Music Service) Orchestra, and work as a peripatetic teacher alongside freelance playing. I am very familiar with the Cardiff area, and happy to travel to you! I am open to teach all ages and standards from beginners to Grade 8. I am happy to take you through the exam gradings if that is your wish, but I am also keen to explore a variety of music beyond that of the graded repertoire. I do incorporate the learning of aural and theory in lessons alongside the practical teaching. I am extremely flexible around pupils' hectic lifestyles, and am happy to change day/times to suit you.
