I will help you to find and/or improve your natural singing voice and work with you to develop the necessary skills to enhance your individual sound for performance or just for fun!
I can also provide voice coaching for theatrical work or public speaking.

Working with the voice:
I believe strongly in working with you, or your child's, natural voice - helping you to make the most of your own built-in instrument. We will work together on SONGS THAT YOU WANT TO SING. I can help you to gently extend your range, improve your tuning and tone, manage your breathing and control volume, phrasing and expression. I can also help you get the most out of your own songs if you are a budding singer/songwriter and focus on performance skills for anyone wanting to, or already performing in public. My lessons, each one tailored to the individual, are both informative and fun. You will also learn some useful music theory along the way.
If you are working toward a performance and are looking for some extra help I can also work with you intensively on your set or musical numbers.
I also work with theatrical groups and individuals focusing on the spoken word i.e. projection, diction and delivery (prices will vary for group work depending on numbers).
My hours are flexible, please email me to arrange a date and time that suits you.
Learning to play the flute:
I teach children and adults from complete beginner to improver, for graded exams or just for fun! |
