I have been teaching privately for 6 years, with a high success rate for ABRSM and SQA practical exams. Lessons cover all aspects of musicianship, including technique, theory and aural training, with a strong emphasis on performing. As well as teaching privately, I previously taught at Fettes College and have full Enhanced Disclosure. I also perform regularly as a professional flautist with a variety of ensembles, and have also done session work for a number of Edinburgh bands. All ages and abilities are welcome, whether you want to pass exams or just play for fun!
