If you are new to learning an instrument, taking up a second instrument or coming back to music after a break, please give me a call. I have been teaching for many years at home to adult students and young people, as well as in schools to youngsters. I am CRB checked and have a dedicated music studio in my home to teach from. My lessons follow a regular format which covers theory, sight reading, scales and general musicianship. I can help towards exams with either ABRSM or Trinity Guildhall, or for those just wishing to pursue the joy of music I offer a more relaxed approach, but making sure the essentials are still taught.
