Biography

I have been teaching piano for over 30 years to both adults and children.I enter my pupils for the A.B.R.S.M. exams- theory and practical.I teach from beginners to Grade 8 and my pupils have had very good results.If pupils do not wish to take exams however that is fine and they can learn to play just for their own pleasure.

I teach from home in the evenings and on Saturday mornings.During the day I am the manager of a nursery so I have experience of children from a very young age upwards and have had an enhanced CRB check.

I am a patient person and I enjoy seeing my pupils progress at their own pace.

I am a graduate of the London College of Music and I have the Licentiate from this college.I also have a Post Graduate Certificate of Education from Goldsmith's College and an NVQ level 4 in Children's Care Learning and Development.
