Biography
I have been playing drums since I was twelve, when I started drumming for my dad. I then went on to join various bands in Worcester and Malvern soon after. I continued to play gigs around the Midlands and studied Music Technology at A level, which really helped my drumming.
I now study, gig and teach in Brighton, where I am completing a degree in Modern Music. My tutors Adam Bushell and Russell Gilbrooke are a continuing inspiration and have added depth to my understanding of drumming.
My love of music has led me to play lots of styles and genres. I am currently in four bands ranging from acoustic/pop, rock/blues, jazz and metal, and am enjoying teaching. I think the Drumsense program is a great way for me to pass on experience and help students make steady progress, at all levels.
