Hi, I am a 55-year-old grandmother. 18 months ago I could not play a note on the sax or read music, but with Marie-Claire's patience and dedication even I'm surprised. She is an inspiration to all her students no matter what age. So now my granddaughters can boast "My Nanna plays the sax instead of knitting Shreddies". I'm hooked. |

I like it (lessons) because you're in a class with only yourself in it. Marie-Claire explains everything very well and makes it fun. She does competitions, word searches and loads more! She recommends good books and is very fair. If you finish a song you get a sticker too! P.S. Her baking is great.

Marie-Claire Warren is a highly qualified teacher of Woodwind Instruments and Electronic Keyboard. She also has the great gift of patience.
I took up piano playing again in my eighties. In my very much younger years I had only received a limited amount of music lessons. During my normal working years, until I retired in my sixties, my time was taken up in business and I was unable to pursue the playing of the piano.
At the time of my retirement, I thought I was too old to restart piano playing. However, after some considerable time I came in contact with Marie-Claire, decided to take lessons from her and after two years I have been amazed at my progress.
For anyone young or old who is keen to study music, I would have no hesitation in recommending Marie-Claire as a very competent teacher.
