Biography

Trained as a singer,accompanist, organist & conductor at The Guildhall School of Music & Drama where I subsequently returned to teach & coach.





This was followed by 4 years teaching voice & coaching postgraduate singers at The Royal Academy of Music, London.





I have been a Freelance Conductor & Music Director for the last 30 years having worked with singers all my professional life as conductor of several West End Musicals (including working for Andrew Lloyd Webber & Cameron Mackintosh), The Carl Rosa Opera, London Operetta The National Operetta Company, & The English & Welsh National Opera Companies, in addition to The Royal Choral Society, BBC Maida vale Singers, London Pops Chorale and the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Choirs.
