Biography

I have been teaching since 2004 and have had many successes with pupils taking ABRSM Grades. I enjoy teaching people of all ages and abilities and welcome new challenges.





I started playing the clarinet at the age of 11 taking every opportunity to play in groups with other people playing under the baton of Trevor Wye in the Kent Wind Orchestra, Herne Bay Orchestra and the later on moving to Cornwall and playing in the City of Truro Wind Orchestra, Facinating Rhythm Dance Orchestra, Four Tunes Quartet and Skyliners Big Band.





I started playing the Saxophone more for fun having lessons with Basil Towell and mainly play the Baritone Saxophone.





Last year I decided to enhance my teaching skills and took the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music's Professional Development Course in Bristol gaining a CT ABRSM.
