Biography

I am a strong improviser, keen composer & fluid arranger, graduated from the renowned music department of the University of Salford.

I have performed and had my compositions played in a number of venues, including the Royal Albert Hall, Barbican Hall, Fairfield Halls, Matt & Phreds (Manchester) several universities and many other more intimate venues, as well as providing corporate entertainment.

I relish playing and writing in many different musical settings including Jazz, Classical, Funk, Rock & Pop.

As a teacher, I enjoy teaching people of all ages & levels, so can teach those wishing to get to grips with the basics of reading and playing music, to those that wish to refine their technique and get pieces up to a strong performance level.


I can teach jazz and classical grades (ABRSM) or offer lessons based around learning individual pieces.
