Lessons taught on a Bluthner mini Grand piano. Full size keyboard available, if the student is interested in learning how to create interesting sounds (sound design), change the sounds (aka 'patches') and how to programme a keyboard in preparation for life in a musical theatre pit (which is a LOT of fun!)
All styles taught, with a specialisim in classical, musical theatre, accompaniment skills. Career advice given, and work experience if the student is interested in joining me in a professional setting.

I own a Roland Stage Piano, PA system, mixer and microphone, providing much flexibility to my sets. I use a mixture of backing tracks, and solo playing, singing as I go.
A typical set would include works from Ravel, Debussy, Rachmaninoff, Handel, Bach, to Elton John, Phil Collins, Van Morrison, extending to works by Dave Brubeck, Nina Simone, Diana Krall, Delta Goodrum. The list is endless! Playing music from Baroque, to Classical, Romantic, jazz, musical theatre and pop I am comfortable playing any style, and am happy to accept requests if you have anything special in mind.
You want a jazz band? No problem! I can fix them! You'd like a group musical theatre singers accompanied by a professional band? No worries! I can fix them! A string quartet? I can book them for you! I have an extensive list of a broad variety of singers and musicians.
