Qualifications:	Trinity/Rockschool Grade 8 Drumtech London - Diploma in Music 1996. Professional drum teacher/drummer for 15 years,including 8 years in London. Toured all over the world. Active drummer and clinician, 3 fully equipped (2 kits /p.a. etc)teaching studios in S. Wales-Cardiff, Newport and Chepstow. CRB checked and MU member.

I have 16 years full time teaching experience in universities, colleges, music shops, youth centres, music studios and schools-over 20,000 one to one lessons given. Pupils have 131 graded exam passes at grades 1-8, no fails yet! Many pupils are now drum teachers themselves. A professional drummer/drum teacher based in South Wales, I've played drums for a long time, more than 31 years - been professional for 16. Currently you'll find me teaching drums at Hannah's Music shop , Chepstow and Ev-entz drum shop in Newport and well as my own studio in central Cardiff. As well as one to one drum tuition I also teach post Grade 8 and Degree level courses, Latin percussion classes, Rock Band and Songwriting workshops. As a freelancer I also play a lot of shows every year covering a wide spectrum of music. Recently I have been getting into vintage and custom drums and have started renovating old kits. Also recently started to get into rudimental, army style snare drumming and enjoy learning and teaching old calls and demonstration pieces from the Napoloenic and American Civil War eras.
