Composition/Song Writing Lessons-Learn to play and understand your favorite songs/music, and then write your own. Emphasis on form, melody, chord progressions, rhythm, and basic home-recording methods. Music Theory/Ear Training-Practical training in Music Theory, (Notation, Harmony, Ear Training, and Analysis) based on specific priorities of students. Great preparation for Grade 5 harmony. All levels. Piano-Lessons focus on both Traditional and Contemporary styles of piano for all levels, and can incorporate theory, ear training, composition. Saxophone/Clarinet- Instrumental lessons from beginner to advanced. Jazz, Contemporary, and Classical styles. Lessons are structured around interests and priorities of student, and emphasize creativity and expression.
