I am relocating to Aviemore in May 2012, after teaching privately in Edinburgh for 8 years, with a high success rate for ABRSM and SQA practical exams. Lessons cover all aspects of musicianship, including technique, theory and aural training, with a strong emphasis on performing. As well as teaching privately, I have taught at Fettes College and have full Enhanced Disclosure. I also perform regularly as a professional flautist with a variety of ensembles, and have done session work for a number of Edinburgh bands. All ages and abilities are welcome, whether you want to pass exams or just play for fun! Lessons can be done in your own home, but will incur an additional fee to cover travel costs.
