Notes:

I have been a lifelong musician, in a singed band "The Ukrainians" (Cooking Vinyl/BMG/Universal) and worked as a session musician playing accordion with other signed acts over the years. I teach accordion in a fee paying Saturday school. My approach is teaching music on a song by song basis because if a child can perform new pieces regularly it inspires them and they immediately realize the value in musical notation just learnt. One of my students took first place in the under 13's solo category in the 2017 Cambridge Competitive Music festival.
