Notes:
I am a professional musician with over 16 years' teaching experience. I have taught all levels from beginners to university music students, and all ages from 7 upwards. Adult beginners are welcome.
I studied music at York University (BA, 1st class honours) and at the Royal Academy of Music in London (advanced postgraduate perfomers' course). My performing career has taken me all over the UK and Europe, to the USA and even to Greenland, and I have played in venues such as the South Bank Centre, the Royal Albert Hall and the Carnegie Hall in New York.
I have been police-checked to work with children.
I teach from home in a studio with a Bosendorfer grand piano.
Please do give me a call if you would like to discuss lessons or ask about my rates.
