During this time I balanced academic life with seeking gigs and performances in the real world, I also have my own transportation.

During this time , I performed many gigs with Jerry, including a television gig on the TV channel SubTv, performing live on there show SubTv music, playing a support slot at Thorpe Parks festival “rides and vibes” supporting the band “Rixton”, playing her EP pre-release gig at the Barfly in Camden and also playing the main stage at the Wilderness festival.

Through out 2014/15- during this time my originals band “Harmasee” has spent a lot of time playing venues in London, including the well-known venue “the troubadour” and “Surya”.

Teaching and academic experience

During my time at ACM I would privately tutor students and peers who struggled with the concepts we were studying at the time. During my free time I would also tutor students on different courses in music theory and had great reviews from all my students.
During the last months of my study’s at ACM while I was writing my dissertation and practical project I was also chosen by ACM to assist with there examination of there diploma students. Due to the lack of bass playing students on the diploma course , I was contracted to play for 10 different students final examinations and was given 2 weeks to work with the students to help them get the best performance for there final performance exam, I received great reviews not only from the students but from all the tutors who contacted me for the position, I am currently in discussion with ACM about this position becoming a recurring one for me .
For my dissertation I studied and analyzed the bass playing of the session bass player Marcus Miller, this not only gave me the chance to learn more about his playing but also gave me more material to use in a teaching environment and for my practical project I also wrote and designed a book based around Marcus’s playing and how the student can take influence from his playing style and choice of notes,
