Biography

Grace began her professional career as a violinist before training as a singer at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama and the Royal Academy of Music where she was awarded BMus hons, MMus, LRAM and several specialist postgraduate diplomas alongside various prizes and scholarships. Her performance credits in opera, musical theatre and concert have included appearances at the South Bank's Unicorn Theatre, Glasgow's King's Theatre, the Edinburgh Festival, York, Lincoln, Southwark, Glasgow and Carlisle Cathedrals,Tower Bridge, King's and St John's Colleges Cambridge, The Secret Garden Party Festival and many foreign embassies. She has MD'd shows at the Criterion and Ambassadors Theatres, Epsom Playhouses and further afield.

With 20 years' experience of teaching students from three to 80 years old, Grace has enjoyed long term posts running the singing departments of dance and professional drama schools and has coached performers from Paris, Scottish and English National Opera, regional opera companies and the West End. She has given voice seminars for members of Ofsted, Channel 4, the Metropolitan Police and the Refugee Council and is dedicated to sharing the benefits of singing in community outreach projects.
