Sam is an inspirational Electric Bass teacher who can teach grades, but can also teach students to play in any genre using any skill.
He also plays Double Bass on which he teaches Jazz to any level, and classical at beginner level only.

- Recorded on songs played on Radio 2.
- Performed live on Terry Wogan's Breakfast show.
- Played live to tens of thousands of people at major festivals like Chris Evans's CarFest & Country 2 Country.
- Recorded on many albums at dozens of studios including at Universal Music in London.
- 10 years experience in the industry playing jazz, pop, country and even rap metal
- Grade 8 in Electric Bass with Distinction. Sam is qualified to teach all grades.
Sam also has also spent 5+ years teaching at a number of private schools around the Surrey area including Reeds School and Esher College.
Samís area of expertise gives him a unique approach to teaching, helping the student understand music from the ground up learning how music works, and the role of each instrument and how they fit into the ensemble.
Sam is also an experienced Acoustic guitarist, Percussionist & an up and coming Producer which not only gives him a broader understanding of music, but also allows him to provide accompaniment to students. This not only makes lessons more interesting, but means students can really see how their hard work can be applied to real life musical situations.

**As someone who has fully recovered from a repetitive strain injury, Sam can also offer tuition in the stretches necessary to repair and retain the physical wellbeing of the muscles of the body, which can easily become overworked, especially by the added strain playing a musical instrument.
