I completed my Advanced Performance course in 2017 after finishing my BMus Performance degree with a 2:1 at the University of Chichester. I am always looking for new students! I have previous experience teaching several students over the last couple of years ranging from 3 to 70 year olds. I believe that everybody can learn to play an instrument no matter what age they are. Music is a universal language which everybody can enjoy so I always make sure my lessons are fun as well as productive. I am friendly and enthusiastic!

I have taken part in many university ensembles including the Symphony Orchestra, Chamber Orchestra, Pops Orchestra, Pit Band (performing in operas) and I am also in two string quartets. As well as University Orchestras, I have taken part in the Chichester Symphony Orchestra, Sussex Symphony Orchestra and Burford Symphony Orchestra. I perform in a violin duet where I do paid gigs in care homes around West Sussex and also do a lot of wedding gig work in my string quartet around the South Coast.

I have vast experience working with children. I currently teach violin lessons in a secondary school in Waterlooville and a primary school in Bognor Regis. I also teach through other organisations as well as privately. I am DBS checked. I have trained as a Stringbabies teacher which is a method used to teach children as young as 3 years old!

I am happy to work towards exams with my students- I have a 100% pass rate.

I look forward to hearing from you soon!
