UKULELE LESSONS (Grades 1 - 8)

Hi there, my name is Codrut. I've been teaching Ukulele for over 10 years with most of my work focused around popular music. I also help students prepare for their Graded Exams with Trinity, Rockschool, ABRSM and RGT.

I graduated in Popular music composition in 2014 and since then I've been using my skills to arrange music in different styles, suitable for all levels and instruments, giving the lessons an eclectic vibe. Due to the long line of teachers in my family I inherit a useful set of skills that make the student's experience a joy and will help you achieve your goals fast and stress free.

THE APPROACH.
Over the time I noticed that all students can benefit if the volume of musical information is more diverse and slightly challenging.
Therefore, to balance the Grade - Fun Time moments your lesson will include strumming and fingerpicking techniques, improvising and songwriting after each successful Grade study. Also to break the Grade routine you can suggest songs and extra pieces you want to learn each month.

STAY MOTIVATED.
Learning instrument techniques and music theory helps you to stay focus and motivated for a longer period and makes you a better musician.
Once you committed to a sustained training your goals become easier to achieve and the quick results motivate you to improve your skills every week.

BOOK A LESSON.
If all of the above sounds similar with your expectation from a music lesson please check my availability and get in touch so I can help you start your lessons as soon as possible.

*Codrut teaches Ukulele by video conferencing since 2015 and holds an Enhanced DBS Certificate for working with children and seniors.
