Keeping Children Safe in Music is the latest in the EduCare's series of distance learning courses on child protection. The training programme uses short films to show a variety of good and bad practice examples, which will be available to watch online. It will help anyone teaching music to children gain a better understanding of their child protection responsibilities, and avoid situations that could lead to accusations of misconduct.

About me:

I am Soprano with classical training both in the UK and Italy and an extensive background of choral singing. As well as being a professional solo singer, I work for Tenovus Cancer Care, running choirs for people affected by cancer.

My approach to teaching:

I am happy to teach adults of any standard and am especially keen to work with students who are keen to explore and test the capabilities of their own voice.

Singing lessons will focus on getting the most out of your natural voice, in a fun and stress-free way, as well as working on posture, musicality and feeling comfortable in oneself. I want to ensure that each student leaves a lesson with a stronger sense of confidence in their own voice and knowledge on how to keep their instrument as healthy as possible.

I teach from my home during the day time, though am available some evenings.

Please feel free to email me for further information on [email protected]
