Bsc Hons graduate (Music Performance, Business, Economics) Degree level studies include Workshop Skills, Arts Therapy and Arts Managements.
A Jazz/Session Drummer since 1995, and a touring Musician/Private teacher for over 15 years. Music Teaching Assistant for CODA Music Fiddle Orchestra (9 x months placement) in 2004. Involved working in local schools and weekend workshops/events with children/young people. Community/Youth placements also include Media for NRFG & EEIB (Music/Youth initiatives in Glasgow). Certificated in Health/Safety, 1st Aid, Counseling and Equality/Diversity.
Other work experience also includes placements with community initiatives such as Bournespring Centre, St Clement’s Music, Lifescopes (Music/Media workshops) and Edukid (Overseas/Youth Charity workshops)
A creative person with practical experience of staging events/workshops for people of all age groups. A self motivated and well presented worker, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and who has an excellent awareness of health, safety & HSE/OFSTED child welfare procedures. A caring person who works well with both parents and their children.
