Notes:
Born in 1987, I began my musical education at the age of 6, completing my ABRSM Grade 8 practical qualification on piano at the age of 17. I started playing guitar and bass at the age of 11 and also dabble in a variety of other instruments.
Despite being relatively new to music teaching, I have worked hard to provide an extremely well structured course while incorporating what I believe to be the two most important aspects for being a successful musician; enjoyment and expression.
I am currently working towards the Certificate of Teaching from ABRSM
With my experiences as young piano student and self-taught learning at a later age I have taken a deep interest in exploring methods to learn excellent technique while maintaining enjoyment and letting a students individuality express themselves.

Outside of teaching, I am a regular performer of music, both on piano and guitar, a father, husband and I also run an online music studio, which is unique in it's efforts to build it's own equipment and working towards a sustainable and environmentally friendly permanent studio. My students can take advantage of this by having key performances/recitals recorded.
