Teaching biography from website:

With over 15 years' worth of teaching experience and a proven record of successful exam results (merits and distinctions from ABRSM, Trinity, and LAMDA exam boards as well as successful SQA and GSCE / A level performance exams), Aimee's teaching philosophy is simple: giving students the tools and guidance they need to progress and achieve, while nurturing a love for music and having fun! Pupils are in safe hands with Aimee's extensive training in child protection and safeguarding, as well as ongoing membership of the PVG and DBS schemes and full insurance cover. Lessons are available in both English and Spanish.

Currently Aimee is employed as a lecturer by the Junior Conservatoire of the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and as a tutor by the Royal Scottish National Orchestra Junior Chorus. Previous employers have included NYCOS, numerous music services, theatre schools, and primary and secondary state and independent schools as a specialist. In 2019 she was a presenter at the Scottish Association for Music Education's annual conference.

A passionate, qualified, and dedicated teacher, Aimee teaches from her home studio in Bonnybridge, close to the M80 - 25 minutes from central Glasgow and 15 minutes from Stirling. She is also happy to travel to students for a small additional charge and works regularly in Glasgow and Dundee. Lessons are available for adults and children, individuals and small groups, and are priced at £15 for half an hour and £30 for an hour. Gift vouchers are available.
