Notes:

Cadenza Music Tuition is a private piano and music tuition provider run by Daniel Nicholson, a dedicated piano teacher and pianist. His belief is that learning a musical instrument is a perfect harmony of creativity, problem solving, personal expression, and self fulfilment. The benefits of learning an instrument can also tap into daily life whether it be public speaking, hand-eye coordination, organisational skills, or dealing with anxiety.

Cadenza Music operates across two sites. In Cardiff Daniel teaches from his home teaching studio in Llandaff whilst a team of associate tutors provide home visit tuition to pupils across South West London. The whole team regularly meets and discusses teaching matters and experiences whilst Daniel provides half termly reviews and observations of lessons to ensure that the standards of tuition are being kept to the highest level. It also ensures that the needs of each pupil are being met.

Supplementing the teaching are dedicated resources including a branded Practice Notebook, online resources from the Pupil's Portal, and Cadenza Music's own book series called Missing Bars which focuses on aspects of composition and improvisation.

As a whole, Cadenza Music tutors thrive in a creative and progressive environment and will teach in a way that is motivating, inspiring, enjoyable and challenging. The piano is one of the most versatile instruments there is and it is the aim of all Cadenza Music tutors to match that in their teaching.
