Fiona Watts is an experienced singer and music teacher based in Surrey.

Fiona grew up in West Byfleet and studied singing, flute and piano at Chethamís School of Music in Manchester. After completing her A-levels she gained an entry scholarship to the Royal Academy of Music in London where she graduated in June 2010.

Fiona continued her studies on the RAM postgraduate course and in January 2011 won the prestigious Dame Eva Turner award for potential dramatic soprano. Fiona achieved her MA in singing with distinction in June 2012.

In September 2012 Fiona successfully gained a place to study on the Opera Works course with English National Opera and from September 2012 until December 2014, Fiona also worked for the Creative Mentor Foundation at a London secondary school within the music department, supporting students with dyslexia.

In 2013, after completing the ENO Opera Works course, Fiona founded her own private music tuition business, based in Surrey. Fiona now offers tuition in both the Epsom and Ashtead area. As well as teaching privately, Fiona is also a vocal tutor at two excellent preparatory schools in Woking.
