Notes:
I teach online and in person which ever is best for you and all in person teaching is done in line with government guidelines concerning COVID.
I have been teaching singing for over 4 years now. My approach to teaching is very dependant on the student and I really don't believe one size fits all. I endeavour to understand you as a person and the best way that you will learn. I often start lessons checking in with how you are feeling and how that might also effect your practice. I have a thorough understanding of the mechanics of singing and am happy to answer any questions but more often than not development comes from the doing not the thinking. Lessons will consist of warmups and exercises that work on your specific needs, song interpretation and style. I teach beginners to professionals and all ages. I always remind my students that the practice room is a safe place where mistakes are to be encouraged and a playful approach is often the best one.
