Rebecca graduated in 2007 with a BMus (Hons) specialising in Viola. Whilst there she won first prize in the Watson Forbes Viola Competition. Alongside her undergraduate training, Rebecca was invited to play with the Orchestra of Scottish Opera and Rod Stewart's band, as well as performing at prestigious events for the Duke of Edinburgh and Bill Gates.

Rebecca gained the prestigious Drapers Scholarship to her postgraduate year of study at Trinity College of Music in Greenwich, London.

She has played in many significant UK venues such as St Johnís Smith Square, and The Globe Theatre, London and Holyrood Palace in Edinburgh.

Rebecca moved back to the New Forest, Hampshire in 2008 to continue her career as a professional freelance musician.

Rebecca teaches at two private schools; Durlston Court Prep School and Hampshire Collegiate School, and also runs her own private teaching practice offering Violin, Viola and Piano lessons.

Respected not just for her skills as a player, but also for being incredibly versatile and professional, Rebecca has become one of the most in-demand musicians in the area.

She is regularly engaged in concerts and gigs throughout the South both as a Classical soloist and chamber musician and is also a member of the 'Red Fez Orchette', on Viola, playing Jazz from the 1920's and 1930's.

Her pupils have successfully passed ABRSM examinations and gained Music Scholarships to some of the top schools around the Country.
