Achievements and responsibilities:

Implemented new SOW for drum students.
Plan a program of study that meets the individual needs, interests and abilities of all students.
Attracting more students in to the class by conducting small workshops about drumming.
Implement all Academies policies and procedures governing student life and conduct.
Prepare and enrol students for RSL and LSM.
Make provision for being available to students and / or their parents for education related purposes outside of the teaching day.

Plan and deliver a suitable assessment programme ensuring marked work meets the college’s standards.
