Notes:

I am 26 years old and I'm Spanish, but have an excellent command of English. Despite only picking up the bass just over four years ago, I already have over 3 years of professional performing and recording experience. I am involved with three bands at the moment: Synergy (a Latin/Mediterranean trio),Dice (a function band) and The Blend (an easy listening/folk trio). This experience, combined with my studies, has ensured that I have a good grasp on a large variety of styles and techniques. My knowledge of musical theory is also very good, and I can use whatever practical or theoretical teaching approach might suit the student best, as I have plenty of experience learning "by ear" and also learning in a more technical way.
I also have experience teaching young children as a primary school tutor, and I would like to teach people of any age or level. I can teach guitar at a basic level as well. My approach to the Bass is exciting, and teaches you to focus on finding the right groove of the style or song, but also being creative and melodic. That's when playing starts to get fun!
