I’ve over ten years of professional experience as a performer & teacher of music. I’m a patient & dedicated teacher; I was awarded the LRAM (teaching diploma from the Royal Academy of Music) with distinction.

I am also available for directing ensembles; I have experience in directing big bands and leading improvisation and songwriting workshops. I have taught classes at the Junior Jazz course at the Royal Academy of Music (course director Nick Smart).

I am an active member of the jazz scene around the UK in numerous small ensembles, including his band 'Badazzbo’, Tradicional Cubano, the JJ Wheeler Quintet and the Dafydd Williams Township Bigtet.

I have also toured the UK with big bands and shows, including The Glen Miller Tribute Orchestra, The New Squadronaires, The Memphis Belle Swing Orchestra and The Kings Of Swing.
