Paul is a classically trained musician and teacher. He initially studied teaching and performance at Birmingham Conservatoire before going on to obtain a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from Bristol University.

As a classical musician, he has performed professionally in many prestigious concert halls and venues throughout the UK, including the Adrian Boult Hall in Birmingham, St James Hall in Piccadilly, Regent Hall in London, St Georges Hall in Bristol and Stanford Hall in Leicestershire. As well as giving concerts Paul has also directed many musicals and shows involving performers of all ages and abilities.

Paul has a teaching style that is both relaxed and focussed. Classically trained, he is able to teach in any piano genre, including Classical, Jazz, Blues and Popular Music.

Paul ensures all piano lessons are tailored to the student's individual needs, enabling students to play the music they want to play. Anyone can learn to play the piano to an enjoyable level, it just takes a little application, a good teacher, and a passion for music.
