Child Protection Course:
Completed Educare child protection training course. (more)
Keeping Children Safe in Music is the latest in the EduCare's series of distance learning courses on child protection. The training programme uses short films to show a variety of good and bad practice examples, which will be available to watch online. It will help anyone teaching music to children gain a better understanding of their child protection responsibilities, and avoid situations that could lead to accusations of misconduct.

Teaching piano has always been an important part of my career as a musician since I am committed to continually expand my skills and knowledge and I enjoy sharing my abilities with others. I am very enthusiastic and passionate about teaching and consider it just as important to myself as a musician as everything I have learnt and played over the years.

I teach mainly private one to one lessons either at my home in South-East London, where there is a piano, in your home, providing you have an instrument, or in a location such as a piano studio in Central London. However, if needed I can teach group lessons to both children and adults in which case the maximum number of active participants is 4 (four).

My teaching is always pupil-centred, includes a variety of strategies aimed at making reasonable progress over time and it is based on my interests and experiences. I try to oversee that all my students have a grasp of musical theory, harmony, voice leading and counterpoint, the ability to read music, understand how it is created and what makes us enjoy it.

Whether you’re a serious person thinking of a career in music or you just want to play for fun I am surely your best choice as I am easy going and fun to be with and I will always try to expose you to other styles that have shaped music such as jazz, blues, contemporary, World Music and improvisation which will give you a greater orientation.

I hold a valid Enhanced DBS Check!
