Based in Solihull (B91) and Leeds (LS2), I am an experienced professional musician and teacher and am happy to work with students of intermediate and advanced level.

[I have limited availability for students during non-school hours over the first half of each week of term time in Solihull. I also have capacity to teach one-off post-grade 8/diploma sessions on an ad hoc basis; and to accompany higher grades and diploma examinations by arrangement.]

I graduated in 2007 from Cambridge University and have had a varied career as a performer and teacher since, including positions as Organist and Director of Music at Bradford Cathedral and as Head of Choral Music at Solihull School. I now work as the Director of Music at Leeds Minster, as well as remaining on the staff at Solihull School as a piano and organ teacher. I am enhanced-DBS disclosed.

I have taught many student pianists and organists over the years, both children and adults, with a high proportion of ABRSM merits and distinctions, as well as success in helping individuals with organ and choral scholarship applications to Oxbridge and in preparation for the RCO diplomas. I am also a highly experienced accompanist, both in recital and for all grades and diplomas.
