Saxophone (sax) Lessons from new starters to pro in jazz, pop and light music.
If you have a sax lying around and you want to make a start or improve your style and technique come along and have some fun.
We can start with the basics of getting the reed to work and general maintenance and check out if the sax is actually working.
Come and play along with the Hammond organ and record some tracks to take home and keep.
I can take you through the ABRSM jazz performance (and theory if you like) music exams; it's easier than you think to pass your exams and earn some nice certificates to show your friends and chart your progress.
No pressure to perform scales or exercises so come and learn a new skill.
You will need a working sax (any type), sling and a fun attutude.
I am ex military regimental band (clarinet and sax) and Big Band Sound leader (Tenor and Alto saxes and clarinet) so masses of experience and music styles to share.
