In 2020 I was selected as a winner for Wilton's Music Hall's 'Music4All' competition in the Opera Category, mentored by English National Opera.

In 2019 I was finalist of the Douglas Rees Memorial Young Opera Singer of the Year, and awarded with an honorary mention by the panel of the Kyrenia Opera Competition

In July 2019, I graduated with Distinction from the Wales International Academy of Voice where I studied under the tutelage of Dennis O'Neill and Nuccia Focile.

In 2017, I was awarded a Distinction for my MMus Degree at Trinity Laban Conservatoire. I was also was awarded the Kathleen Roberts Scholarship.

In July 2011 I graduated from The University of Leeds where I majored in and achieved a first-class grade for Vocal Performance.

I have taught privately from home, for Highams Park School, for Ark Greenwich Free School, for Scales Music and for the North London Music Centre in Enfield. I have also had training in the Kodaly method and worked as an assistant in a Music Kindergarten run by North London Colourstrings. I hold a current DBS certificate.

I enjoy working privately with pupils ranging from age four to adult. Through my teaching I create an environment in which students can feel comfortable, find their own authentic voice and love the music they sing. I believe in the importance of developing a healthy vocal technique. I use my knowledge of Alexander Technique and Hatha Yoga to inform me when assisting students with their posture, and in eliminating vocal problems. I treat each student as an individual and use kindness to encourage students to practice regularly. This way they can gain confidence and progress, achieving their potential without anxiety.

I frequently enter singing pupils for ABRSM examinations and have a 100% pass rate, with most of my students achieving merit or distinction. However, not all her students choose to take exams and it is the student's personal growth and enjoyment that interests me most.

Music Theory - I consistently achieved first-class grades for musical analysis at Leeds University, and was awarded the top mark in my second year.
