I started playing the bass guitar in 2000 and started a band with some friends from school. I have now toured all over the world, in small bars, venues, open air arenas, live radio and television sessions.

I have been teaching alongside touring since 2005 in many different ways. I have run rock schools to get students into gigging bands (one of them just performed at Reading Festival), lectured in Colleges and Music Academy's and given thousands of one to one and group lessons.

I always make sure that the lessons are catered to you, your goals are what will shape our lessons. If you want to be able to perform in a band, achieve a distinction at Grade 8 or just want to play for fun on your own I can give you the skills that you'll need.

I teach the RGT (Registry of Guitar Tutors) Grades for Electric Bass, Electric Guitar, Acoustic Guitar & Ukulele and have a 100% Distinction record at grade 8 for all my students.

"Daniel has been teaching my 14 year old son bass guitar for just 18 months and Tom has already achieved his RGT Grade 6. Daniel's preparation work before exams is extremely thorough but at the same time he manages to make lessons fun. He is reliable, hard-working and talented and I would not hesitate to recommend him as a guitar teacher."
