Notes:

I am currently studying Music at King’s College London, while training with a member of the Royal Academy of Music for my Performance module. I am a soprano who mainly performs classical music, however having come from a folk background and a past of performing rock and pop, I am able to teach a range of genres.
As well as singing, I can teach music theory up to grade 5 level, or to anyone needing help in Music A level or GCSE. My work experience at the Arts Depot as a member of the Youth Panel, has also provided me with a good sense of the backstage activities of the performance environment. In addition, it improved my teamwork and assistant skills which can relate to my teaching.
In the past, I have performed as a member of the Barnet One Voice Choir in the Royal Albert Hall, Ukrainian folk music at Forty Hall, King’s College Opera Society’s production of Humperdinck’s Hansel und Gretel in Bush House, and Britten’s Turn of the Screw, in the Greenwood Theatre.
A duet from Bach's Cantata BWV 80 (Wie selig sind doch die), performed at St John the Evangelist Church, Friern Barnet, led to two interviews with the Ukrainian department in the BBC World Service. In one of these, I was interviewed alone about my A level composition, which was about the tragedy of war (inspired by the current war in Eastern Ukraine). The second interview was with my father and sister about our release of my father's English adaptation of the original meaning of Carol of the Bells - Sing Swallow Sing.
